Warranty: We undertake strict quality assurance on all manufactured products. They are covered by 12 months full replacement warranty. Warranty is provided against product fault or failure as the result of the intended uses and excludes misuse, negligence, incorrect selection or change of mind. Returns: In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period contact our office for a warranty authorisation number. Then return the product (at the customers expense) with the authorisation reference & original receipt. All warranty claims will be handled within 7 days as set out by the Office of Fair Trading in Australia. Upon approval we will exchange and return a replacement product free of charge.
